If you see an error stating that the gift card has already been redeemed, then there is no need to panic.
Gift card codes are automatically generated and sent to you after payment. All codes are new and cannot be already redeemed. We advise you to take care of the security of your email address, for example, change your password.
To make sure that our supplier's system is indeed not somehow faulty, we can transfer the problem to them for investigation, but for this we need to obtain some vital information:
- Firstly, a screenshot of the full screen, on which we can see the code, as well as the error text after redemption.
- A screenshot of your account history that lists your past crediting of funds.
- A screenshot of the brand’s customer support confirming that the gift card has been redeemed. In addition, the screenshots must show that it's about the specific code, and there must also be a date and time of redemption, confirmed by the brand’s customer support.
