I bought the wrong product. Can I exchange it or return it?

This is not possible with gift cards, as there is no way to ensure that the gift card has not already been used or will not be used later. In addition, we are not allowed to resell products that have already been sold.

These rules do not come from us, but from the suppliers and brands, accordingly our hands are tied here.

However, you are welcome to give or sell the gift card to someone else.
