My invoice shows "Expired", what should I do?

Modified on Fri, 5 Jan at 1:16 PM

This can happen for a number of reasons:

  • You used an online wallet
  • You made a withdrawal from an exchange
  • You used another third-party provider to send your transaction

Online wallets can delay the transaction so that it doesn't start in time before the countdown on the bill expires.

Coingate: If an order is expired, we don't receive any payment from our payment provider, so please use this link to request a refund: https://support.coingate.com/hc/en-us/requests/new. Coingate should issue a refund within 48 hours of your request. If the refund was not issued within this period of time, then you can contact the payment provider Coingate again.

MixPay: If an order is expired, we don't receive any payment from our payment provider, so please use this link to request a refund: https://help.mixpay.me/en/articles/6836092-how-to-contact-customer-service. Or just write to: customer@mixpay.me.

NOWPayments: please use this link : https://nowpayments.io/contact-us and NOWPayments support team will find the payment to confirm your order.

If you have paid for an order using another payment provider and suspect that the order is expired, please contact our customer support team by creating a support ticket.
