This can happen for a number of reasons:
- You used an online wallet
- You made a withdrawal from an exchange
- You used another third-party provider to send your transaction
Online wallets can delay the transaction so that it doesn't start in time before the countdown on the bill expires.
If the invoice has already expired and your transaction does not show up on the invoice, please contact our payment provider's support to get a refund: https://support.coingate.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
Our support can likewise only refer to this link in such a case, as we do not receive any money / cryptocurrencies when an invoice has expired. Accordingly, we cannot manually confirm an invoice, ship products or refund anything ourselves.
